Indian Creek Smokehouse is truly next-level Texas BBQ. The burnt ends alone are worth the drive, unbelievably tender, perfectly caramelized, and full of rich smoky flavor. But the real showstopper for us was the whole brisket we he cooked form us. It was phenomenal… incredibly moist, perfectly rendered, and seasoned just right. You can tell the pitmaster knows exactly what he’s doing from start to finish.

Absolutely delicious! Decided to stop by for lunch and we got the wet brisket, ribs, mac ‘n cheese, slaw, and burnt ends. The meat’s flavor was amazing, didn’t even need the bbq sauce it came with which was also very good. The sides were both great as well but the Mac N Cheese was the favorite. Honestly words cannot describe the deliciousness of the burnt ends. Flavor, temp, and moistness was the best I’ve had in a long time.
